Alphabet Soup
Alphabet Soup is a support group for 14-24 year-olds that meet monthly to plan youth initiatives and support that relate to the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
The purpose of support group is to foster learning opportunities, be a forum to voice youth needs, and inform key initiatives to make positive impacts in our communities!

Attend weekly meetings on Mondays

Have opportunities to network, connect, seek help, advise the Nanaimo Pride Society Board around youth-inclusive programming.

Recommend workshops the youth would like to be involved in

Who can apply? All 2SLGBTQ+* youth age 14 yrs to 24 yrs old.

Acknowledging existing issues with mainstream accessibility and inclusion, we strongly encourage applications from BQTPOC youth, individuals with disabilities, and trans, non-binary, and two spirit youth.
