The Nanaimo Pride parade and festival will occur on June 9th, 2024. Please fill out the form below to make your application to participate in the festival; vendor registrations are now open. 
Once the form is submitted, a member of our planning committee will contact you with more information.

Business (Small/Local/Independent)  - $50

Business (Medium/Provincial) - $150 (Offices/Locations/Stores INSIDE BC only)

Business (Large/National) - $300
(Offices/Locations/Stores Outside BC)

Community Group, or Student Group - $50

Non-Profit Society (Small/Local) - $50
Non-Profit Society (Medium/Provincial) - $75
Non-Profit Society (Large/National) - $100

Government Agency, Political Organization, or Union - $150

Food Vendors (Food Trucks) - $200
Small Food Vendors  - $100
