The Nanaimo Pride parade and festival will occur on June 9th, 2024. Please fill out the form below to make your application to participate in the parade.

Business (Small/Independent)
1 - 24 people walking - $65
25+ people walking - $90
Float / Vehicle with 1-24 people walking - $115
Business (Medium/Provincial)
1 - 24 people walking: $125
25+ people walking: $175
Float / Vehicle with 1-24 people walking: $225
Business (Large/National)
1 - 24 people walking: $200
25+ people walking: $300
Float / Vehicle with 1-24 people walking: $400
Charity, Community Group, Non-Profit Society
(Small/Local), or Student Group
1 - 24 people walking: $40
25+ people walking: $80.
Float / Vehicle with 1-24 people walking: $110
Non-Profit Society (Large/National)
1 - 24 people walking: $65

Refunds are subject to a 50% administration fee, and registration fees become non-refundable after May 15, 2024.
